At Snow & Sand, each photography print is carefully produced using premium materials and made to order.

Due to the nature of limited edition and custom-produced artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and framing selections carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging and any damage

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If a replacement is preferred and available, we will arrange shipment at no additional cost.

Snow & Sand is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs processing
Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
